Unhygenic preparation of food

I went to the Fishaways at Blu Valley Mall in Centurion yesterday at approximately 5pm. The cashier cleaned her outer ear while serving me. The kitchen staff stood idle, during this time one of them scratched her head. They then proceeded to prepare my meal without wearing any gloves (thank goodness for hair nets). I could see the manner in which my meal was being prepared since the kitchen area is exposed. I called their customer complaints department to report the incident and the consultant indicated that the manager would get back to me. Upon enquiry, the consultant indicated that this was not the policy of their business and gloves were essential for the preparation of food. I have not received any feedback to date. I was too disgusted to eat my food and gave it away to a car guard, in the mall's parking area.

The whole experience was totally off putting.
