Unhelpful, Disgusting, staff and management

Arrived in Durban and ordered food as we were too tired to cook. The delivery didn't take place so we called an hour later, only to be told we must wait because it takes time. Then after calling again after half an hour, we were told to wait another half hour. The woman manager was a **** because she said they had a breakdown. The delivery guy said there was NO BREAKDOWN!!!! Over two hours later, the food arrived, cold and inedible. The driver was not even apologetic, nor was the manageress who **** to us. Do they take us as fools. Not an apology, nor a return call. Each time misleading us with lies, lies and more lies. They all need to be trained how to treat clients!!! Most unhappy and disgusted with this branch, who we loyally support on a regular basis. If anyone out there cares about this terrible service, kindly contact us urgently!!!
