Unhappy customer

What an awful customer experience received. I ordered meals that amounted to R674.20 from both Steers and Fishaways in Dairnfern.. Firstly when i phoned to order, i spoke to Nkosinathi( manager) who put the phone down on me. I phoned again and spoke to Samantha who advised that she will assist further with getting my order.I received the order was made at 11;00 AM however it was only delivered at 12:25 pm after i was advised that it would be delivered in 45 minutes. To think that was enough. when it was delivered the F12 meal and coke was not included in the order. I phoned again to notify them of the above and was told it will be delivered in 10 Minutes, little did i know that it would take them another 30 minutes to get it delivered. Eventually when it got here the coke was missing again... This has been the worst customer experience ever and i'm sure our office will never ever again order from Dainfern Fishaways and Steers since their service is so ****py and the manager is not even bothered by all of this.
