Underwhelming hotpot for 2

Fishaways Norkem Korner is unfortunately the closest Fishaways to my place of residence. And each time I've placed an order there, I've left telling myself " this is the last time". Today, Sunday 1 September 2024 I ordered 2 hotpots for 2 (which was supposed to be our supper) . Not only did I wait over 20 minutes ( order placed around 7:49 food received jus after 8:19) but I received 2 hotpots for 1. The 6 tiny portions of hake cuts and small serving of soggy, bland rice was underwhelming. My toddlers were supposed to share 1 box but didn't or else they would not have gotten full. Above all fishaways Norkem needs to improve service, have more staff or atleast manage customers expectations. There was one lady at the back took too long with my order, the one gentleman on his phone, should be more attentive as front of house. They should take pointers from Fishaways Monument Road ( which is much busier) for best practices regarding customer service.
