Unclean food Fishaways Ermelo

I placed an online order yesterday then went to collect the order. The side, which was prawn pops had so much sand in them. We couldnt chew them. We suspect that they fell on the floor and collected back into the packaging. This is really gross. Major disappointment in fishaways Ermelo.
