Unacceptable customer service

I placed a order at fishaways at vaal mall at 17:31 the lady confirmed it will take 20 to 30minutes after a hour and 10minutes they arrived when I call Anna Nkuli and asked why the delivery took so long she just say she is sorry and dropped the phone in my ear.According to me it is unacceptable to treat a customer like that.I hope it will be sorted out in the right way.
