Transaction proccessed on chip card without pin

Good day,<br> <br> I went to the above outlet to get food. Upon giving the lady my card, the transaction eas processed with out me entering my pin. I then asked her how is that possible as I have used the card before at the said place. The lady was very quick to ask me to sign the slip and said it happens sometimes. I the requested to speak to the supervisor who also could not give me a satisfactory answer. <br> <br> I was told that by Kudzai entering a supervisor code on the card machine that bypasses me entering my pin. I asked if Kudzai was a supervisor and the answer was no.<br> <br> !. How does someone who is not a supervisor have a supervisor code<br> 2. The whole point of a pin is to verify that I am indeed the owner of the card.<br> <br> With so much ***** and ****** Identity how does one protect one's self if we have places that operate like this place.
