Terrible service delivery

Fishaways in pinetown st johns is horrifying with delivering food. This is the second time I've ordered and the second time I am having an issues. First time I never even got my food they went to the wrong address and this time it is just shy of an hour and a half since I ordered still no food. When I get it it is likely to be cold. I am terribly dissatisfied
