a minute ago I place an order on the 1st of May 2020, paid online, got confirmation of my order, but now it the already the 18th of May 2020. No delivery or refund. I've contacted the service center, emailed, went on the website, chatted with and agent even chatted and posted a coment on facebook and still NOTHING. No call backs, no emails nothing. This is totally the worst expierience I had with any takeaway franchise. They practically stole my money. I had to find out from the steers driver that delivered the other meals (I had to order due to fishaways not delivering), that the store is closed, but why say you are open and accept payments. The only reason that comes to mind is to ***** people's money. I gave fishaways every chance to refund me or give feedback, but I've recieved 000000 responce. I will never in my life recommend them or buy from them again... keep your money or order from a trusted take away store. Here you will just loose your money. If I could give less than 1 star I would
