Stinking cuatmer service

I'm utterly disappointed I placed an order at fishways Morula total at 17h23 I then kept on tracking my order via the app, after 20min I realised the other is still being prepared I then called they said they are struggling to find a driver,I again kept waiting I had to call them which they said they found a driver he is on his way to the shop.After having to wait for another 15min I called again they said food is out drive took them.imediately after that I received an SMS saying food was out for delivery and a follow up SMS saying the food has been delivered at that time I'm waiting at the gate I have not received my food.I call the store they tell me I must not panic as the food is on its way the food status will show delivery because the delivery time has lapsed.i only received my food now while typing this after I called them and they put the phone down on my ear.from 17h23 to 18h56.
