Still waiting for my delivery from Fish Away

I phoned Fishaways in Bromhof last night 08/12/2019 @ about 7:10 , I placed my order and they said 40 - 45 minutes, an hour Max. Well needless to say I am still waiting for my food to be delivered. I eventually got into my car to go and fetch my food from the Fishaways in Bromhof, and surprisingly 7:55 they were already closed. Not busy locking up, they were closed. What type of service is this? This is no service
