STEERS AND FISHAWAYS- CLOSE SHOP IF WE MATTER NOT

Today, Thursday 25th @19:45 I herein deliver my dissatisfaction and horrible experience Steers and Fishaways corner Pixley Kaseme and Mahatma Gandhi Road Durban.

I spent over 20minutes waiting before a cashier who as she would take my order and then interrup it with , deliveries, payments and others. Eventually, I mattered and then the second session of drama began. Half the Fish away means we're out of stock and then what was on stock still causes frustration and embarrassment. The same lady poorly managing both Steers and Fishaways then hands me over to another lady at Fishaways and says," pay her". at this point I'm thinking thank God finally, I can atleast place my order. The lady at Fishaways preparing the food, refuses to the order. I go back to the initial lady I believe is called Brenda ,at this point she then takes my order.

From this point, I go back to the lady preparing my meal at Fishaways and ask her , can you estimate the duration that it will take before my meal is ready? No I cannot. Shall I wait or go back to my hotel and wait and then perhaps come back and if so how long! Panicked and confused she keeps saying I don't know.

So I wait and wait and wait. Brenda the other employed by these brands seem confused and panicked, they send bad energy to customers. Another annoying and tasteless attitude is how she kept saying," I'm closed we are closed " yet the door is not closed and in the absence of a door manager to ensure that the door only opens for exit. This attitude made her seem bothered by us and these many orders or rather our hard earned money that we are bringing to this these businesses.
