Stale rice and rotten lemon wedges

I bought a platter fir for three today at Fishaways Esplanade in East London. They gave me ice cold rice with no seasoning just plain very cold rice. The hake was hot but it cooled down quickly because of the rice. Lemon wedges looked like they were squeezed several days ago. When i try to pick one they felt slyme and yerkkk.
