Small Portions and Missing Kiddies Meal

I have never been so disrespected nor disgraced by your Cosmo City Mall branch. Last Monday I ordered F14 and K1 for delivery and F14 had 6 calamariws and 7 ring onions... It was horrible, not to mention that I never received the K1, though I paid for it. My mom took the order on my behalf and when I opened the package, K1 was not there. I called them and they promised to call me back. An hour later, I called them and asked what was happening and they said they will send the driver to deliver the K1. Till today, I'm still waiting and haven't even got a call from them to apologize, not even once did they apologize. If I didn't have food in the house my baby would have died of hunger, thanks to the ignorance and disrespectful person who packed our order. This is the worst service I have ever received from Fishaways and very saddened by the lack of accountability from the store itself. A whole kiddies meal not packed for delivery and no one seems to care if my kid had supper that night or not. This is the worst a mother can go through after a long day at work...
