Sleeping staff

Visited the Hillcrest, Oxford store on the 31/08/2023 @ 16h10. Your staff are sleeping and snoring or clearing their throats on the bunks meant for sit in customers. Although the service from the cashier Amanda was good and the food was good. The behaviour from the other staff is distasteful. Definitely not a place to be recommended.
