Shocking Service

<p>I went to Fishaways Victoria Centre in PMB on a Thursday evening (not particularly busy) and ordered a platter for one with salad. I waited 25 mins for my order, and got home to find a platter for one with RICE and CHIPS. In addition to this being the opposite of what I asked for, there were literally 4 tiny pieces of calamari, very oily fish a handful of prawns. </p> <p><br />I tried to call the branch and speak to the manager, but was put on hold as the firstperson 'couldtn hear me'...so I listened to multiple orders being taken, and shouting in the store before the next person tended to me on the phone. She then couldnt understand me and my english and put the phone down. I tried to call back a few times only to get an 'engaged' tone every time. Decided not to bother following up with the branch again but will NEVER go there again and will ensure all my friends know to avoid it too. Very disappointed! </p>
