Shocked!!!!

<p>Walked into Fishaways, Cycad Centre Polokwane, today at 2.15pm. Asked if they would be able to deliver my order later on between 6.30pm and 7.00pm. Was promised it will be done. I pay and off I go. Wifes day off cooking. at least.</p> <p>Come 7.00pm, no delivery 7.15-no delivery. Check stup that was given after paying (one from the swipping machine)- no number..I called 1023 and get number. Try number 34 times....Number busy. Its 7.45pm. Opt to drive back to the shop and ask what happened. Get there when they had closed the doors.</p> <p>I get there and the lady who served me has the "what on earth are you doing here" expression on her face. I tell her my order has not been delivered as she promised. She mentions that the delivery man left long before 7 pm. I tell them he must have gone elsewhere because if he had delivered my order I would certainly not have driven back to the shop. They ask me to wait for him to come back. Really? I ask them to make me my order I cant be expeced to take an order that is almost two hours old. They do so. Meanwhile Mr Driver walks in..They chat behind teh counter...8.30pm...Order ready. Given order and I leave. SHOCKING THING? No one apologised for teh inconvenience caused. None whatsoever.</p> <p>Bye Fishaways. What an expereince. I may be a small fish in the ocean to you, but as small as I may be, never buying from you again. </p> <p>Thank you...</p> <p> </p>
