Serving Raw Food on 3 Occasions

I've been a loyal customer to my local Fishaways in Strand, for about 6/7 months now.

The last three times i've ordered food, which was within the last two weeks, I've consistenly received RAW onion rings and RAW chips.

Essentially I've had to throw away half of our food the for the past 3 orders as it was severely undercooked.

I always enjoyed the food there, But this is not acceptable
