Service disgrace

The worst service delivery EVER from any fast food restaurant. After our first disgraceful portion experience, where they never gave us onion rings with our Family Platter and 3 pieces of Calamari strips, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered this again. Unfortunately we had yet ANOTHER, BAD experience. This time we ordered the Family platter once again and the "new" squiggly box, and once again we got 2 pieces of Calamari in our Family Platter, 3 x hake pops, 3x calamari strips and burned pieces of dough, not even squids in this box. This is the service that one receives from which should be such a reputable brand. For the prices one pays this leaves the worst taste on one's mouth.

We contacted the franchise we ordered from, and spoke to the manager "Juliet Mutusa" that was not very helpful and took forever to come to the phone.

In these times we live in, one would think that support from the community would be appreciated.

I will NEVER support any Fishaway franchise again, and will make sure everyone I know does the same.
