Service at Fish aways Northmead Square sucks

At counter they ask first if one will be paying cash or card, once you tell them you will be paying by card they refuse to help you at the counter although they have card machines on the counters and tell you to use the self service tablets or what ever they call it and then the next customer they assist at the counter paying witb card. They are lazy unprofessional and rude and then have a funny attitude towards the clients about it. Think fish aways and steers need to rethink this way of doing business.
