Service at Fish aways Ga-Rankuwa

Visited the fish aways in Ga-Rankuwa today.. operating hours indicate the restaurant opens at 09:00 however upon our arrival we found a lady by the name of Tabea cleaning the windows while having a chat with another lady wearing steers uniform, we asked what they open and we told 10:00 by this lady. We came back and found Tabea and a lady by the name of Boitumelo conversing talking about how they are going to Meat good to buy food, @ 10:00 the restaurant was no way near open, customers came and left because no one paid attention to anyone. There was an argument with one customer who enquired as to what time they open, he was told once they are done cleaning. I was very shocked to see people not pride themselve in what they do. The ladies are the brand of the 3 restaurants yet they woke up today with one mandate to go to work and gossip and nothing else and they couldn't give a damn who left and who stayed. They wouldn't even try to convince customers to stay, apologise and stay as to when they will open. I've never seen someone who is supposed to represent or be the face of the brand take same for granted.
