Sandton City Lady manager the worst

Sandton City lady manager is the most *********** rude and unprofessional person.I went in during lunch I ordered something that im seeing on the screen,she takes the menu and blatantly tells me "why am I making up my own Prices".I keep telling her to check the screen behind her she tells me she only serves what she sees on the pape she has in her hand mxxm.After a long back and forth one of the instore ladies comes and sees what Im talking about and rings it up.She doesnt even apologise instead tells me "you should have said thats what you wanted"Now its time for me to pay the lady manager asks "does your card tap?"I implicitly tell her "no".GUESS WHAT???She taps my card and states"Your card does tap".As expected the transaction declines.I now ask her who must pay for those charges when i told you my card doesnt tap.This woman is gonna run your place to the ground.As a regular customer Im highly dissapointed more then anything so livid to have such people given positions yet so clueless and careless about their customers.You guys can do better
