Rude staff

Bought food that was overcoocked and unedible. Went back to the store told the cashier she made another one. Once again sbrimp was rock hard and tasteless. Manager came apologised and refunded me. Then the cashier gave me attitude. How rude because they dont know how to cook shrimp
