Rude! No Customer Service
<p>Went to Fish Aways 14/02/2017 in Cradle Stone Mall, very hungry. We ordered our food at 18:33, was told it would take 10 to 12 minutes. At 19;00 we asked where our meal was as there were no kitchen staff or counter staff in that 30minutes. When I asked for the manager, the kitchen only then started our meal and then told us it will be another 10 to 12 minutes. The main concern I have is while I was trying to place my order, other staff started talking to the cashier and they all ignored the fact that I was in the process of placing my order. They have NO customer service and NO respect for customers! </p>
