Rude consultant rude team leader.

Called the call center to place an order on ***. Consultant was extremely rude to me. I had to apologize to her if o offended her nudging to apologize for her rude tone but didn't get one. I placed the order and at the end I told going forward try not to be rude to customers she then said sorry but that was not an apology it was said to brush me off. I then asked to speak to her team leader she advised team leader not near her I advised I will hold on eventually another lady came onto the call said she was the team leader I asked a question she told me hold on then another lady Andile Shoba came onto the line I explained what went on. She advised she will listen to the call. She then called me back and said agent was not rude to me and I disagreed as the conversation went on I told her you were supposed to comfort me as a customer but you making things worse she told me that it sounds like I'm training her and she was rude as well. Bad service really rude people
