Rude behavior- bad customer experience.

The issue is i have order a medium grilled hake and onion rings take away and the lady put the food box in a small paper bag but in horizontal way. You can't hold the bag properly. You have to hold it like if its Pizza box. I asked her to give a little bigger paper bag so that i can hold it proper as there was other bag in my hand and she said it comes in a small paper bag. She was extremely rude to me even after i ask for a little bigger paper bag she keep-on saying it comes in a small paper bag. That was not we expecting when we take away from a food chain like Fishways. Never ever buying anything from you guys. We buy from you guys not beg.
