Rotten squashed up sushi

Ordered a sushi meal for R169.90 for collection at a scheduled time 19:15 since I would be on lunch at that time but my food wasn't ready yet so I waited, only to be serviced 30mins later a small box with squashed up sushi rotten wasabi off pink garlic. I sent a complaint on their fishaways app till today no response yet
