****** and bad service at fishaways dawn park

Went to fish a ways in dawn park on the 12/09/2019 and ordered 4 medium games at R 24.99 each used my card to pay, I did not get a receipt later confirmed with my phone and saw I was billed R239.60 I went to get this corrected and get a refund instead was given R80 as refund when I asked for receipt they said they don't have it.

I would like my money back as I was supposed to get R139.60 back instead of R80.

The service we received is bad and appoling as if we not using our hard earned money to purchase, you guys are not doing us any favors. I want my money back and regret using your store. This by far the worst service ever.
