Risking my life and reckless delivery

To be honest I'm very disappointed and scared that my food was given to one of my colleague who doesn't speak with me , without my concern by your delivery driver not even a security.

My order note I placed my contact and asked to be called , however I was ignored.

How must I eat my food in peace if such reckless delivery is done, and this it's a huge concern for me.

At working believe lunch box is put place with caution.

Can I understand why also I didn't get a tracker of the delivery and nor call when the delivery was made
