RIDICULOUSLY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!

I’m utterly disgusted by the service I received from your Cosmo City Mall franchise. I bought family platter at 7:15 and I was told that the order will be ready in 10-15 minutes, 40 minutes later I enquired about my order. The teller followed up with the chef and he blankly ignored us and started singing “akulaleki womunemali” and continued saying if “we” are in a hurry we must eat eggs. I wanted to cancel my order because I was very furious. Minutes later my order was ready and your chef wasn’t bothered he just said to the teller “tshela labobantu ukuthi irice iphelile” (tell those people that the rice is finished|) how horrible can one be.. I’m so mad and this was my first time experience
