Reuse of fish

Bought grilled fish at Monument fishaways to eat with my veggies at home. Was suprized why it was a little burnt, as hungry as I was i ignored, then the fish has scales how disappointing, as I tried to remove the skin, I Notice rice on it, so clearly it was taken from someones plate and reheated and given to me. Very disgusted by this.
