RE: HORRIBLE SERVICE

Ive placed a order at fish aways monument park at 19h18 on the 12th of February 2021. There was no option available on Mr deliver for delivery or collection. The notifcation came through that the order will be ready by 19h45 for collection. I called fish aways to find out if Mr Delivery can come and fetch my order. I was told by the Manager that the shop closed at 19.45 and they are waiting for their transport. Note the collection time is the same time the shop closed at 19h45. I havent received my food or any compensation.
