RE-FRIED CHIPS
My wife and I ordered fish and chips. When chips are re-fried, they turn in a brownish colour. I spoke to the counter hand and she said to speak to the person that is frying the chips. He denied that the chips were re-fried. Obviously, I got angry and made a lot of noise. My wife and I ate a few of the chips that was not brownish together with the fish. As we were finishing, the fryer quietly brought us another packet of chips that we could see were freshly fried. We refused to accept it and a made a noise again so that everyone else can hear what I had to say. This is definitely not an acceptable practice from a company I considered reputable. It is also very unhygienic and the health dept. should definitely look into this.
