Purchased grilled fish and onion rings instead was given fried fish and prawns

Purchased grilled fish and onion rings instead was given fried fish and prawns .I am allergic to prawns and when I complained they said they aware of the problem so what can they do please deal with *********** workers and not professional .it's upsetting last time we were there they offended another family with similar issues .Fishaway needs to be sorted
