Potential food poisoning issue

On the 5th of June, I called and placed an order for 4 medium Hake and chips, I collected the food, and one of the fish was completely off. Like it was not even remotely close to edible... Unfortunately I was not able to take the fish back. I would assume selling "fresh" foods would require the fish to be fresh. I have placed a review on google maps as I see there is usually a response but 5 days later and I still havent heard a thing. The branch is located in Lorraine. I would not recommend a single person to go there. Not the first time Fishaways has let me down. This review will most likely fall on blind eyes and deaf ears but I feel customers should know about the poor food handling practices at the branch.
