Poorest services ever

Very disappointed with Fishaways Ga-rankuwa as I placed delivery order at 18:23 I even received a confirmation massage and email that my order was received by the store, we waited and waited and waited for two hours, trying to call the store with no answer for 5 times but surprisingly when you chose option 1 for order they pick it up, then I decided to go the store, when I got I told the lady that was assisting me that I ordered online and haven't received any feedback as yet and she checked on the system and told me stories about how the drivers are not honest, as it's not assigned to anyone, but I could see that they haven't done and even started, she went to speak to Manager and she told me that the Manager said sorry but why didn't the manager come to apologise to my face, and after this whole thing the cashier wants me to pay for delivery I mean who does that? I was at the store for heaven sake, I mean if I didn't go there and very sure I would have slept with an empty stomach. Why is the an option to order online if they don't recognize them?
