POOR SERVICE WRONG ORDER

Ok so we ordered 2 X Hake and rice from Fishaways, we asked if they can deliver .. they said yes but it will be R15 , if you order something extra from Debonairs which we did (Garlic Bread)you wont pay delivery fees. When the delivery arrived they charged me delivery fees so I phoned them to complain, and the answer was ok please pay that but next time we will take it off your next bill, I said no its not my problem.. and Im not paying that, after the delivery man leaves I check in my bag and there is no Garlic bread so had to phone back, to hear that he forgot it at the shop after 2 hours Im still waiting for my Garlic bread.
