Poor service. Stay away!!!!!

Ordered food for delivery from Parkview branch just after 17:00. Paid online immediately. Got a call saying due to rain it will be slightly longer. I was vwry understanding... phoned at 18:15 asking if driver have left yet (as rain calmed down) was told he is there and picking up food. Raised concern that food will arrive cold. Was assured not..... phoned at 18:50 to ask where driver is, as shop is 10min's drive max from my house. Was told they will let me know.... phoned at 19:07 to say driver is outside my gate (didnt follow instructions on order on how to dial from box) Went out, driver couldn't drive into complex AS HE WAS OUT OF PETROL. The excuse he used for being that late. I got ICE COLD fish etc (disgusting when warmed up), wrong order, missing items with burned rice and I paid for it. Welcome to Customer Service in SA. Lettie from the store could not assist and kept on giving excuses.
