Poor Service received from Fishaways Chris Hani Durban

Good Day, I placed a online order today Friday 13/11/2020 to be delivered at 397 Chris Hani Road Briardene Durban @ 12h30 and to a sms verifying my order was confirmed for the following: 1 x Hake and Chips2 x Good live Meals1 x Good live Meal replacing rice with salad2 x Pop Prawn Snacks At 12h50 I had to phone in to follow up on my order, still not delivered, only to find out that the driver was delayed and my order has been standing there ready since before 12h30. I spoke to the manager Nontokozo and expressed my dissatisfaction and insisted that they have to prepare fresh food for urgent delivery as I'm not going to accept cold late food. My order was delivered at 13h05 and again I have to say how dissatisfied I am. 1. The chips were completely raw and uneatable2. The Goodlive Meal where I have asked to replace the rice with salad was not done, I received a meal with rice, and just to add that this person is gluten intolerant the reason why I asked for NO rice. I'm extremely disappointed in the service I received today as I had to pay upfront and wait for late cold food. To say the least we are a company of 43 employees and because of the service I received today we will not longer support Fish Aways Chris Hani Durban Kind Regards Yolandi ******
