Poor service received at Fishaways Cornubia Mall

I recently made an order online and gave instructions regarding delivery but my order never arrived and I was still charged for the order which I find very unfair because I was never at fault but their delivery service failed to follow my instructions and I was still charged for their negligence which is very unfair. Fishaways please rectify this immediately.
