Poor service Fishaways Diepkloof square

Fishaways Diepkloof Square u guys can do better 1st I waited outside with my son since they opened late because of spring cleaning that u completely understand I ordered both Debonairs and Fishaways my order in Debonairs was ready within 10 minutes.. While I waited for fishaways but they took way longer and they apologized to the customer in front of me.. I then waited for mine only to find im short of chips in my order the cashier then called Dumisani who then said something about chips no apology nothing I waited almost an hour even a customer before me asked if I bought the whole shop, Please do better.. Only when I asked for the manager I was attended to
