Poor service

I have very dissapointed with your service. I placed an order at North Coast restaurant at 11:45 today (07/04/2021) on line until 13:00 there was no order delivered until I decided to go there to findout what was going on. I even tried to call but there is a problem with their lines. Surprisingly, they don't even feel ashamed about my order and time that I wasted to go the shop collect my order. This is not acceptable at all. Instead they told me to wait for my order. The stuff has no sympathy at all
