Poor service

Little falls Branch Fish aways Complaint about new Fish aways little falls, there service is shocking terribly slow, the two cooks stood awhile looking at us and the cashier like they don't know what to do and where to start with our basic order, then 15 mintues past and order was still not ready took 25 mintues got our meal then they don't include the chips with my order so let them know then they prepare me chips quickly that were under done. They handed me a dirty sticky bottle of coke that I asked for serviettes to clean my hand from that then they try take it off with a serviette hand it back to me and then I say no this is unacceptable its still sticky and dirty and I insist on a clean bottle of coke. No No this is not of standard and for them to start off in a new branch is unacceptable which training should and would of have done surely before there doors where open when ever they opened there doors please jack up there service there cause I refuse to go back there I rather eat from the other surrounding take aways that is there.
