Poor service at Fishaways, Bedford Centre

We used to regularly buy food from Fishaways in Bedford Centre, Bedfordview. Over the past two years, the service and waiting period has worsened. To the point, where we barely go there anymore. On Friday the 19th April (Good Friday), we decided to go and buy fish, since it was Good Friday and we hoped the service had improved. We placed an order at 17:50, and we only received our food at 18:45. The lady at the till, provided no update, nor apology for the delay. The service was poor, and to be honest the food was below average. My wife and I will not be frequenting this particular Fishaways again. We were not the only ones, with some of the patrons waiting over 75 minutes for their food. I realise it was Good Friday, but Steers which is next door was prepared and quick with regards to their service. There was no manager/owner on duty and I feel that the owner needs to be more involved. Unfortunately for Famous Brands, this is ruining their reputation.
