Poor service and Poor quality , Customer steer clear

I simply can't comprehend how employees, including the manager, who consistently deliver such subpar quality in a franchise are still retained. Establishments like this should be closed down without hesitation. There's absolutely no justification, even from a visual standpoint; one can easily notice the stark difference. The vegetable ***** are overcooked to a dark brown (Burnt)! and still packed for the customer. Where's the common sense here? And don't get me started on the fish sticks... Do they even resemble their advertised appearance? Perhaps I should purchase a box of I&J fish fingers as a suggestion for staff training. I sincerely hope potential customers come across this review and steer clear of this outlet in Lenasia South to spare themselves the disappointment and inconvenience.
