POOR SERVICE AND DELIVERY

I ordered food from Fishaways N1 City in Capetown at 16:00 via Ubereats. When the driver, John according to him, arrived he told me that they did not give him my Coke Buddy bottle and he realized at the gate that he didn't have it. I asked him how could that be? I asked him whose job is it to check the order before leaving, he said that was the restaurants job. I then proceeded to ask him how he then saw it fit to check the order when he was at the gate, How does he justify that? I then asked him to go back and get the coke because he clearly did not do his job properly. He then became rude and told me to call the restaurant to bring it as he was not going to do that. I did as instructed and called the restaurant and spoke to the manager, her name was Talent. She said he was supposed to check and there was nothing he could do. As I was on the phone with Talent, that man drove off with my food. I have no food and the money has been deducted from my account. Two things need to happen here.. you send the correct food or refund my money as in NOW.
