POOR SERVICE

i have a complaint about fishaways in Highlands shopping centre. i am fully aware of the taxi strike going on today. but all the stores that cant deliver do not allow you to place order. they did let me order online for delivery, and took my payment. Then they called me to tell me they cant deliver my food, and i should collect. i explained that i ordered for delivery cause i cant deliver. the manager does not seem to actually care. this is not very good or professional service at all
