Poor service

Phoenix Plaza…want to express my disappointment regarding the poor service I’ve experienced, I went there 13:12 to buy a grilled fish with salad and also explained that I’m buying for someone who’s diabetic, I don’t want any sauce or anything I just want grilled fish and salad and I also asked the cashier if there is oil that is used to grill ,while requesting for order she told me that i should take a stir fry because the salad is not ready it’s will take time, which i didn’t mind because i know that salad takes more than 15/20 min , I went to spar when I came back my order was not ready and she was busy assisting other people which mean my order is less important i waited for 40/45 min when my order arrived she added some sauce inside which was not something i wanted 😔,they told me they going to grill the sauce I told them I can’t wait for another 45min for my order. I feel like my order was not taken seriously and she did purposely to keep me waiting because she didn’t want to make salad and I insist that I will wait , I don’t think I was treated with respect
