Poor quality food, tiny portion and no response!

I received a very small portion of pop prawns and when I took them out of the take away container there appeared to be lettuce in it - the prawns looked and tasted stale and I think they may have been somebodies left over food. I paid for food that was not a full portion and was actually so terrible that I only ate one pop prawn out of the portion.<br> I reported this and was given a reference number via SMS, since then I have sent another message about this and was told that Fishaways would respond but still haven't heard anything.<br> I think it is wrong to receive a half portion when I bought a full portion and that the food quality was questionable but I am even more upset that Fishaways did not even bother to resolve this in a reasonable manner. Nobody has called to apologise or to tell me how they plan to fix the poor quality food at their new Mall of the South store. <br> I don't recommend the store until they have fixed some issues.
