POOR MANAGEMENT & SERVICE

We are highly disgusted with the Fishaways in Lenasia South next to (Sheffield BP) yesterday evening (5 September 2019) I placed an order with Debonairs & then with Fishaways the person that took the orders was Donavan, the pizza was delivered around 19:15pm without the Fishaways the driver Abdul said that they only gave the pizza he was still given a tip & arrived another hour later as we were told that they are preparing the food ??? why would they be preparing the food if it was ordered with the pizza ??? finally food arrives from Fishaways and comes as if it was old food prepared from the night before no batter was on the fish and everything else was soaked in oil and coleslaw looked a day's old as well without Mayo & discoloured,, when we called them to complain they refused to help us to bring in our requested monies of R100 as it was the platter for one and my husband sent them pics , we then had a call from a lady who claimed that she was the manager and when we told her our grievances and requested the owner Afzal to call us and return our monies as it was already past 20:00pm (what time were we to eat with a toddler after 21:00pm as they take another hour to deliver ... We waited till 21:30pm there was no phone call from the owner or our requested refund ... Thanks to Fishaways our gabbage bin enjoyed their **** !!! Till today 6 September 2019 nobody has called ... They are NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF ******* *****ing peoples monies and being CONTENT with POOR SERVICE AND CHARGE A DELIVERY FEE FOR STALE FOOD
